Recommendation on the strategic framework for European cooperation in education and training (04/30/2009)

On 18 December 2008, the European Commission presented the communication: ‘Un updated strategic framework for European cooperation in education and training’. The Vlor wrote a recommendation on the content as well as on the instruments (the open method of coordination; benchmarks and indicators), insisting on enhancing the role of stakeholders in education in the decision making process.
