Recommendation on the Leuven communiqué and its implementation (06/09/2009)

Ministers responsible for education gathered in Leuven and Louvain-la-Neuve on 28-29 April 2009 to make a state of affairs of the Bologna Process and to formulate a common vision on the future of the Bologna Process. The Vlor recommendation welcomes the communiqué, but insists on the fact that implementation will necessitate a lot of concrete measures.
