Reaction on the consultation on the green paper on migration (12/18/2008)

At the demand of the European Commision, the Vlor has prepared an answer to the Green Paper on Migration and Mobility. The text focuses on the policy challenges, the policy reactions and adds a reflection on the future of directive 77/486/EEG.
