Position paper for the European consultation on a ‘European Area of Skills and Qualifications’ (04/10/2014)

This position paper has been prepared by the joint commissions for ‘international education and training policy’and ‘education, training and labour market’.

It comments on the current policy and the existing transparency and recognition tools for competences and qualifications in EU Member States, and reflects on possible benefits of a ‘European area of skills and qualifications’.
